  7. Description: 1934 Old Town 16' wood/canvas, CS Grade, Yankee model. Gunwales: Open spruce. Deck: Oak. Purchased new by my grandfather in Duluth, MN for my mother in 1934. Canoe has seen very little use in last 25 years. Refurbished twice. Once in 1990 for cosmetic reasons by Buzz Bowser & John Collier in St. Cloud, MN (plaque on a bow rib placed by them). Then a second time in 1992, by Scott Mills at Raven Boat Works in Ely, MN, to repair storm damage that crushed a few ribs. Stern cane seat has small tear. Includes two, gorgeous, like new, wooden paddles. Canoe# 113013, Order# 2892.

  7. Description Inherited 1936 Old Town Yankee, hull is in great shape, needs some of the outside rails replaced and re-canvassing. I removed the wood keel and copper rails as seen in the pictures. Seats are in good condition

  This canoe is serial #127728. It is in very good condition. I am the second owner since 1956. It has always been stored under cover. It has been recanvased & has had new stems applied.
