Up-Date: W. PA. Chapter Meeting, 2/11/06

Our meeting on Feb. 11th will feature Joe Ballay and Paul Knuth demonstrating the bending and replacement of ribs and the bending of gunwales for wood/canvas canoe repair or building. We hope to make it possible for anyone in attendance to try their hand at bending if they wish. Be ready with suggestions of a name for our new chapter and for paddling sites and activities for the spring and summer. The coffee pot and the steam box will be fired up well before the scheduled starting time of 9:30 A.M.
