Tremblay Canoe

Curious about Wooden Canoes
I have recently aquired what I do believe is a Tremblay Canoe however this particular canoe has an "Indian Head" logo with the words Princecraft pasted on both sides of the stern. The canoe is, I believe a 16 foot Huron model, part of the Chibougamou Pleasure Canoe series manufactured by Tremblay...it has distinctive Robertson screws and is covered with green veralite. There is a brass plate with the inscription TC325 fastened to the stern seat. Can anyone suggest a date of manufacture? Does anyone know the relationship between Tremblay and Princecraft? Can anyone interpret the inscription on the brass plate? Any other comments about this canoe would be appreciated.
