  Needs restoration. Strip planked hull. Has fiberglass skin from spray rails down. Needs to be replaced or patched. Half dozen broken or rotten ribs. Some rot at the transom and stem. Otherwise a good project. Nice mahogany seats and transom. Boat has been cleaned and inspected.

  Description: Stored indoors for over 40 years, this pre-1933 Penn Yan model #48 double rowing canoe is in good condition and ready for restorative canvas. All wood and brass hardware are intact. It comes with 2 sets of oats, one set original. It was used exclusively on Massawepie Lake in the Adirondacks.

  PENN-YAN Owasco model 16' canoe in very good condition
  Serial # ONS 123, stamped on the stem, pre- 1947 Spruce trim, ribs, planks, seats and gunnels all original, no broken pieces or splices. Hull is perfectly watertight, painted in forest green color. Original Penn-Yan decal clearly visible. No work needs to be done, the boat is paddleworthy and has been plying the Hudson River and nearby creeks for decades.

  7. Description: 1950 Penn Yan Owasco 17 ft Canoe Penn Yan green sn: OCS166 1950 Penn Yan 17ft Owasco model plank and canvas canoe. Restoration just completed 11/27/23 and included inner hull stripped and varnished with marine spar UV resistant varnish (Total Boat Gleam 2), canvas remove and new canvas installed, exterior hull painted with Kirby Marine enamel paint (Penn Yan green).
