GREAT CANADIAN HURON CANOE, $2,500.
Oneonta, NY
14' 40# cedar strip canoe built in 1988 by Maurice Pickard, Jr. of the Huron Nation. A wide canoe suitable for stand-up paddling. Next to new, launched less than a dozen times, and stored indoors. Accessories included in price: portage wheels, extra seat, paddles. Pick up only.
I have decided to sell my wooden Great Canadian Canoe if anyone knows someone that might be interested. It is a traditional plank build canoe with a clear fiberglass outer. Makes it look like a strip canoe but it is not. I’m asking $1000 but willing to take offers, hoping it will go to someone who will use it more. It weights around 65 pounds.
