Wooden canoes at Walmart

This is Crazy. I sit down at the computer and just for grins I type in Wooden canoe. What pops up but a canoe sold by Walmart that is made by Wooden Boat USA. It is a stripper with ribs and resin coated inside and out and looks decent. Then I get a look at the specs: made of Western Red Cedar, it's less than 6 ft long with a beam of 20 inches. Weight: 20#. All for only $1496.39, with free delivery. Amazing, unfortunately there were no accompanying reviews. Maybe a brave member wants to be the first. Check it out.

Sold to be used as a coffee table?!? cradle, or light fixture?!?!

The description at https://www.walmart.com/ip/768319379 describes it as a "display canoe" to "alter the face of just about any space." I prefer the slightly larger ones as shown at https://www.wcha.org/forums/index.php?threads/15276/ for example.

The listing for their address at https://www.loopnet.com/Listing/17474808/1500-S-Milliken-Avenue-Units-A-F-Ontario-CA/ shows a very modern building near the airport. My guess is that the canoes may not actually be constructed there, especially when they are selling them for $1496.39 including delivery.
