    Hello,
I'm new to this forum, but I just restored an 85 Merrimack Canoe and I would like to have some nice paddle to go with the boat. Does anybody have any recommendations?
    Thanks,

Our own Douglas Ingram makes a fine paddle - http://www.redrivercanoe.ca/ - We've a few of his Voyageur style paddles with the classic grip. I used to sell them, and wish I'd hung on to the Northwoods paddle...

I'm also particularly fond of my Alexandra Conover paddle. http://www.northwoodsways.com/

    Thanks Dan,

You can still get one if you like.

By the way, I'm sorry I haven't written back to you. It's been THAT kind of summer. I haven't written muc to anybody.
