Hi all, I am restoring a 14 foot Thompson and after removing several areas of rot, I am ready to flip it and start with the removing the canvas (or what I thought would be canvas), however can anyone tell me what they think this material is. I am really struggling on finding information to replace the strips, and need to scarf or replace the Keelson, and most likely the keel etc. But before that I have to get it down to removing the mystery skin to look at the wood. Any help would greatly be appreciated. Thank you.
