Valley of the Meramec Chapter at Tow Boat Days

The Valley of the Meramec Chapter will join the Mississippi Valley Chapter of the ACBS in a vintage boat display at Tow Boat Days in Grafton, Illinois on Saturday, June 23 from 10-5 at the Grafton Harbor at the confluence of the Illinois and Mississippi Rivers. Two canoes will be on display along with a variety of vintage motor boats.

The two canoes on display drew a lot of notice despite the bevy of beautiful motorized craft. It is nice to know that the old man-powered craft are still appreciated.
