If you haven't decided to be there yet, here's the info:

If you're not there, ask yourself, Why Not? As my Uncle Don used to say, a good time is there to be had... if you miss it, it's your own damn fault!

Upper Great Lakes Regional Assembly was a resounding success! I counted 74 people on the green for the Canoes On The Green tour, there were a whole lot of events to participate in, talks to listen to... all of it was outstanding! Here are some pictures:!AsERl6vBNuOWgYRu8_PNekSiIj7ivg

The staff at Camp Widjiwagan was great, the food was really good... we may have to go back there again... just sayin'...

Maybe I'm a slowhead, but I can't tell what kind of wood Paul's canoe is made of.

Well... here's a video of Paul paddling a canoe built by Ferdy Goode (who used birch bark, cedar, spruce roots, spruce gum, bear grease...etc. in its construction):

Well, at least the trim is cherry... the hull... not so much... :(

    Ferdy's bark canoe is awesome!
