LOVES Wooden Canoes
The Valley of the Meramec Chapter is sponsoring a meet and greet gathering for new members and anyone interested in our Midwest (St. Louis) based chapter at the studio of Wally and Marty Hauck. Join us for lots of canoe talk, show and tell with your canoe (or pictures), suggestions and plans for future gatherings of the Chapter. We will have a few of the Hauck and Strasser canoes on display. Saturday, November 17 10:00 a.m. with potluck lunch at noon. We will provide chili. Come and share your salads and desserts. Weather permitting we may try a paddle in the Grand Basin Lake in Forest Park. Bring your own canoe if you are interested.
