The scanned records go to just over 250,000 from the early 1980s so no one here can provide the build record for your canoe from 2002. The hull identification number ends with an encoded date. See http://www.boatsafe.com/nauticalknowhow/hin.htm for information about how to interpret the date information. The limited edition information from the 2004 catalog is attached below. The carry (short) thwarts were probably used instead of decks to save weight, and possibly cost, to the customer. Just a guess on my part, really, so take it with the proverbial grain of salt.
