Hi, new boat in the shop, looks like it might have been a Charles River OT, its been "fixed up" in the past though so a little harder to say. SN stamped on only one stem foot 4337 1492 or possibly 4337 7492.

any ideas on details.

My guess is that you have a Peterborough Champlain model #1492 with serial number 4337. These were listed in their catalogs with this model number from 1943 to 1958. There are no known detailed serial number records for Peterborough so there isn't much more that anyone here can tell you. Sorry,
