We had a fantastic weekend and perfect weather for our paddle on the Manistee River in Grayling.

great photos Debbie! Thank you for sharing!
Heres a video, got a bit crazy with underwater shots testing the Gopro.....
very cool Chris. Thanks for taking and sharing.
Indeeed cool. Thanks for sharing. Liked your music as well
Chris, Enjoyed the video. The shots when you had the camera on a pole you seemed to be able to keep the subject in frame. How were you able to do that. Does it have a remote monitor?
you can thru a smartphone app, but I just guessed!
Did you paddle the same section as last year?
No, this year we went from M72 to CCC Bridge. 14.5 miles.
Ok, thanks, was curious. How long did this trip take? Was the river relatively clear?
6 hours, mostly sandy pebbly bottom. Not particularly fast, average 4 ft/mile but seems much slower for long stretches. Some log clutter that might pose a problem for some in lower water. You want to paddle come on over the the SW corner, lots of rivers over here that are as good.
Chris, thanks for the great video, loved the music you picked. The grand kids loved seeing it as well. did you get any of the beginning with all the jams?
