They offer "cloud hosting". I presume that they offer a backup service as well.

There are a huge variety of backup services available but they are not inexpensive. A fully redundant configuration would involve dynamic network traffic redirection and at least one hot spare server at a different site with full file and database replication on a regular basis. This would more than double the current expenses and would probably not produce any increase in memberships or other revenue. The WCHA's board of directors recognizes the importance of the web site but our budget is limited. We only have a few thousand members and less than a few hundred regularly use this web site. Therefore, occasional periods of down time are likely to continue when bad things happen although we are fortunate that these events are somewhat rare. Sorry,
