There are issues with the CGI running that page on the new server that I haven't had a chance to sort out yet. The Builder's Directory is slated for revamping in time for the new year, so it may not come back - it is sort of reduntant given that all of the builders have links in the Directory - http://www.wcha.org/buildsupply/index.html
