Fiddles on the Trent comes to the Assembly

Rob Stevens

Wooden Canoes are in the Blood
I finally caught up to the coordinator of Fiddles on the Trent, George Thompson. They will host their 5th annual event will 30 canoes loaded with musicians (mostly fiddlers) paddling on the Trent Severn National Historic Waterway (Peterborough, Ontario, Canada) on Father's Day weekend (June 15th).

They will also provide a contingent of musicians for the WCHA Assembly to accompany the group paddle to the lock Friday afternoon (1-4PM), July 18th.
That should be a knee slapping good time!
