deep throat spring clamps

    The small spring around the threaded bolt holds the clamp jaws open. The larger spring puts pressure on the jaws against the workpiece until the wood toggle at the end is positioned and the thumb screw tightens the clamp. Setting the center bolt to the right tolerance makes it easy and quick to set the clamp and increase the pressure.

    Here are some details of the clamps:
    clamp arms 11 1/2"
    bottom spring 9/16" x 1 1/4"
    mid spring 3/8" x 1"
    mach. screw 1/4" x 4"
