What was his name? A stamp on the planking says "Built by ???? Coeur d'Alene, Idaho 16'. Built
entirely of DOUGLAS FIR. Seats are laced with 1/2" interwoven steel strips.
Looks like M. Sauve. Moses Sauve was boatbuilder in Brockville, Ontario that built St. Lawrence River skiffs. He shows up in Coeur d'Alene in the 1920 census. The 1930 US census and some city directories list him as a boatbuilder there.
