    1929 Old Town HW  #100438  Needs half dozen ribs, Decks and outwales and seats are in great condition. Inwales need some minor repair. Had outside stems at one point but someone left them off. Maybe some issues under there. Will need varnish stripped out and new canvas but overall a nice restoration project. You must pickup.

Gerrish that has been fully restored in 2007 to original condition.  This is a 16ft closed gunwale with the rare curved rear seat.  This canoe probably dates from the later half of the 1880's.  I'm familiar with 3 other similar built Gerrish's to date.  I believe these style built canoes were Gerrish's first

I'm looking for a metal deck tag for a Rhinelander Canoe that was lost (not by me) while it was being restored.  I believe the tag said Rhinelander Boat Works?

1929 Old Town HW cover canoe

This is a beautiful 1929 Old Town canoe, first sold to Miss Emma Graef who lived at 74 No. 6th St in Hudson, NY. I have all documentation. It is a 17' long sponson canoe - very stable- and impossible to tip over - in the CS Grade, HW (Heavy Water) model.

1914 Old Town Charles River. Grade - CS. S/N - 29994-17. Order # - 5085. Shipped to - Wm. Read & Sons, Boston on 13 May 1914.

Red cedar planking, closed spruce gunwhales, ash decks, thwarts and seats. All wood appears to be in very good condition. This boat needs a professional to restore it to its original glory.
